Climbers

Our community is strongly marked by the presence of climbers. The founders of the space are lovers of climbing and have the culture of this practice as their principle. You'll find a Moonboard in the gym and various strength-focused items for climbers.Strength training is a crucial complement to climbing, enhancing both performance and injury prevention. Climbers can benefit from strength training as it builds essential muscle groups, like the core, back, and upper body, which are heavily engaged during climbing movements. Improved muscle strength enhances grip strength, allowing climbers to tackle more challenging holds and moves. Additionally, well-rounded strength training helps balance the body's muscle development, reducing the risk of overuse injuries common in climbing. By incorporating strength training, climbers can elevate their abilities, conquer new heights, and maintain optimal physical condition for their sport.

Skaters

Skateboarding is an activity that marks our space since the coaches are lovers of this practice and it was one of the great inspirations for which we wanted to create this community. Strength training is a game-changer for skateboarders, offering a competitive edge and overall performance improvement. Skateboarding demands explosive power, balance, and control, which can be enhanced through targeted strength training. Strengthening the lower body muscles, core, and upper body not only improves skateboarding tricks but also aids in injury prevention by stabilizing joints and improving resilience.

BMX riders

Bmx riders are not far behind. We don't just focus on skateboarders but we want to embrace the entire alternative sports community (if we can even call them sports). BMX riders have a great place in this space and we often find ourselves surrounded by their presence. Stronger muscles help absorb impacts and maintain stability, essential for mastering ramps, jumps, and flips. By incorporating strength training, BMX riders can elevate their skills, minimize the risk of injuries, and ensure longevity in their sport.

Artistic roller skaters

In our gym we train the Antioquia figure skating team and we have the best national and world skaters as members. Additionally, we train skaters and influencers located in California virtually. Strength training is a vital asset for artistic roller skaters, elevating both performance and injury prevention. Artistic roller skating demands precise control, balance, and graceful movements. Incorporating strength training enhances the muscles crucial for executing intricate routines, spins, and jumps, contributing to improved overall stability and agility on wheels.

Dancers

Dance is a discipline that represents us as Colombians and the dancers are people who seek us out to accompany them to achieve their great goals. All of our dances from salsa to ballet require excellent mobility to achieve the extensive movements required. We have the fortune of the Allegro company as our neighbors, with whom we exchange experiences and co-create spaces together. Additionally, we know that Medellín is a focus for foreigners who want to come and experience the beautiful dance culture in Latin America. If you are one of these foreigners, you are totally welcome to our space, since this integration of strength training and dance will make you never forget what a healthy lifestyle is in our country.
